Ingredients

2 eggs

4 tablespoon sugar

4 tablespoon butter

2 cups flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Honey / Syrup

Method

Beat the eggs and sugar.

Add in the butter and essence.

Sift in the dry ingredients alternating with milk.

Beat well.

Spray and cook a non stick frying pan and pour ladles of batter.

Top with ice cream , chocolate, honey, cream, strawberries..
